• No Racial hatred Diss Tracks or Conversations allowed AT ANY TIME during, HotxxMagOnlineRadio Show or any of our shows. If it does happen there will be automatic cancelation with NO REFUND issued.

• HotxxMagOnlineRadio Show and Radio Host Tara J, are NOT obligated to replay any artist(s) music if the artist happens to miss the live show. HotxxMagOnlineRadio provides streaming links on; Iheartradio, spotify, apple podcast, google podcast plus more for artist to re-listen and stream previous shows.

• All Radio services are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless in any event HotxxMagOnlineRadio can't at all FullFill the agreement between them or the artist. (ONLY IF HOTXXMAGONLINERADIO CAN’T DO THE INTERVIEW AT ALL) 

• NO Disrespect will be tolerated towards; HotxxMagOnlineRadio Show affiliates or Radio Host Tara J. ANY disrespect reflected towards the radio show or the radio host, will result in being BANNED from the radio show and radio show future events.

  
  

  > If the artist, businesses or client, misses their radio interview for whatever reason, there will be a RESCHEDULING FEE of $15.00. (NON-REFUNDABLE) RESCHEDULING FEE MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE FOR A DIFFERENT DATE! (NO EXCEPTIONS) 

  > IF YOU A ISSUED A CREDIT. CREDITS ARE ONLY GOOD FOR 60 DAYS, AFTER 60 DAYS CREDITS WILLL EXPIRE.
